Developing systems, specifically products and services that integrate information, electrical, and mechanical elements, is the key competitive advantage that will drive the aerospace, automotive, energy, and much of the defense segments. The IT enablers that drove major economic development worldwide in the past few decades now need to be used to realize system capabilities, but in a cost effective and timely manner - this is the critical next step in economic development.

  • Cybersecurity: il ruolo delle Istituzioni, delle Aziende e della Ricerca
Nowadays many aspects of society are critically dependent on the proper operation of ICT infrastructures; for this reason, their protection is included among the priorities of all research agendas by the European Commission and the United States. Aware of the fact that its effects go far beyond the pure field of computer science, cyberspace protection may not be assigned to a single institution, but requires active participation of all the parties involved: institutions, businesses, and the world of research. The purpose of this conference is to present the problems of cyber-security and introduce the major challenges we are facing today.
