• Opening of IBM Language and Knowledge Center for Advanced Studies of Trento - Tecnologie del linguaggio e della conoscenza nello sviluppo dell'economia innovativa 
  Information traveling through our networks and sustaining everyday’s operations is generally made up of words. For this reason, automatic language comprehension and elaboration of the content being transmitted represent a crucial issue in computer science and economic development. Through the Watson system IBM brought language technologies to a level never reached before. In this field, research carried out in the Trentino region is leading the way, and its synergy with the global industrial system opens development opportunities for the entire nation.
